Epic service and one of the best customer support I have ever had. The process of buying a car, a special car like BMW ;) never was so easy and special like this. I am a true fan of the brand and was welcomed by a professional team that took care of all my needs as a costumer, always showing availability and pure joy to helping me buying the best car and sort the best possible offer. I was already told that Cascais BMW Stand was really beautiful with the right people behind but this was just something else. They looked after me very well from the beginning til the end where they prepared a very emotional deliver of the car for my self and my family, since was such a desire. Can't put a lot of words in what I.felt. Just amazing. 5 STARS. Will come back for sure and will advice this joint to anyone who wants to fulfill a dream like buying a BMW like this. Rudest welcome in a car dealership ever Nowhere to park as the 'parking clientes' was full of used cars for sale. When I walked into the showroom and sat in a 3 Series, I was told (not asked) by the salesman to get out because they had to move the car. He did not ask if I needed any help, or if he a colleague could assist me, nothing. I had a budget of 80,000 and had intended ordering an M340i Touring, but after a welcome like that, I will be taking my order elsewhere. Disgraceful.
If you wish to buy a BMW, I shall say this is one of the best places to go. Why? The attention to Customer is by far one of the finest I have experienced. A Friendly and knowledgeable Sales Team is there to welcome and assist you. I came with an array of indecisions, I was given a set of options supported by proper advices. Got back there a week later, I was helped to narrow down the options, got a quotation in a matter of minutes .... and bought the car!
Ordered a Premier Select 420d on June 22 promised no more than two weeks delivery. Told at end of two weeks that delivery inexplicably delayed by one week to July 10. On July 8th was told delivery was going ahead as scheduled and I should transfer balance of money outstanding to Caetano Baveira’s bank account which I did. That evening was told delivery again delayed to next week despite payment having been made. Delivery is now scheduled for 4 weeks after order. Updates on delivery from this dealership are vague. Having owned BMWs in the past I can state that this behaviour falls far short of the standards set by BMW and is quite simply appalling.
